The kitchens are nicely set up with the basics you need for cooking at home, and all of the units in the complex come with washing machines, which was a real convenience for our group. The swimming pool was a lovely feature, perfect for a morning dip or a late-afternoon lounge after a day out. Security feels reassuring here—a 24-hour guard is on duty, not because you’re worried, but because it adds a sense of calm and safety that’s hard to beat when you’re traveling.What truly stood out was the service. Doris, the house manager, handled issues quickly and professionally. A couple of small hiccups did arise—this is an island, after all—but Doris’ prompt responses and the team’s can-do attitude kept everything running smoothly. Her communication through the whole process was top notch!!The house is the best stocked home we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few! It was comfortable and had everything we could need. The home is situated oceanside, with a little cove to explore. The outdoor furniture was great for morning coffee with sunrises and ocean watching Cheri provides excellent concierge service. She answered many of our questions before we even got to Utila which helped me pull together the trip. She also took care of so many seemingly "small" details for our trip which made the trip so much less stressful and more enjoyable. A few of the things included providing trusted transportation from the airport to the ferry so we didn't miss the once a day ferry, she sent a tuktuk to pick us up and take us to the house so we didnt have to find it first day, then had a golf cart waiting for us when we got there and more. We cannot say enough about how well she took care of us and made our stay that much better!!
