"It exceeded my expectations.. we had a good time.. although we planned for 3 nights which is little longer.. 2 nights is ideal.. food was good.. rooms and tents were very nice.. the evening program was also very nice.. we enjoyed their jeep safari and camel ride.. ATV (quad bike) was not good.. would recommend to anyone.. they have perfect location.."

"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"Our experience was unpleasant, toilet in our tent was stinky and smelly. We changed our tent but we faced same problem in the other tent. Staff was rude with our driver and in addition to this the food they served was cold and it wasn’t fresh. Bedding was dirty and had stains on….im really sorry to give this review as I’ve no intention in ruining your business but I believe in genuine feedback and here’s mine."

"RAAS Chatrasagar stay experience was unique, luxurious and exquisite at the very least. I and my husband went for our anniversary trip here and everything we experienced at the property was perfect. "The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service."
