Perfect location for what I had planned for the weekend
Everything was good the house was everything as listed but the problems I had was the sheets was dirty so I had to rewash them the walls was pretty scuffed up I guess from previous renters there was no garage opener so you had to get out Everytime and put that 10 digit lock code in when you came in and left out when parked in the garage and last but not least it could of been extra tissue and towels for that huge unit to accommodate the people it holds so if they make those few adjustments this will be the perfect place to stay when visiting H Town

Rent with Caution
My family has been renting vacation homes for over 12 years. I have never written nor received a bad review. I would not recommend this rental and will not rent another property where Vacasa is the management company. When we arrived the keypad didn't work so we couldn't get inside. We spend 25 minutes texting with Vacasa troubleshooting only for them to finally tell us about the key in the lockbox. The keypad was not functional for our stay. The gas was not connected to the oven and stove so we could not cook as planned. The Vacasa representative told us this was a common problem with this condo. This was not resolved during our stay. One of the smoke detector battery sensors went off in the middle of the night because the battery hadn't been replaced in a timely manner. The last night of our stay, the condo adjacent to ours was rented out for a house party. This was also a Vacasa managed property. It was extremely loud and chaotic from 10 pm - 6 am. I notified Vacasa at the time and sent many pictures of what was happening. In the end, Vacasa offered a small credit for not being able to use the kitchen. The biggest issue was the all night party. Vacasa did not address this in any meaningful way. The rules of the rental are very clear about noise, but know that this is not enforced.
