« The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. Wasn't a bad room though. Pretty clean. Had a great breakfast spread in the mornings. Hot tub was not working. »

« Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings! »

« Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant. »

« Chambre spacieuse Petit dejeuner leger »

« Front desk staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain amenities to me. Room was clean and comfortable. »

« Best place I’ve stayed in Peoria »

« We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep. »

« Ice maker was not working. But overall good experience! »

« This is a motel with interior access (stairs…no elevators) The neighborhood has deteriorated considerably since our last stay at what used to be Springhill Suites across the street. The parking lot is not secure, the exterior locks are broken. Overall, two females traveling alone did not feel safe. The toilet did not flush and everything was run down. »
