"I would rate the food a 8/10. The hotel 8/10. There’s really not a lot to do you do have to go to the other side for the activities. Overall very friendly staff and the slides were fun. We enjoyed our stay"

"Our room was right by the Ocean, we had our own private pool and an outdoor shower. The room was very clean. Robinson was very helpful with making our dinner reservations and any questions we had. I didn't know the hotel was part of a travel center (timeshare), so we had to sit through an hour presentation. Other than that, the weather fantastic and the hotel had a lot to offer. We did leave the gated community twice during our stay, which was ok (the store owners were very pushy)."

"We didn't like the water park. The adults wanted to be in the pool while our grandson wanted to use the slides. The adults had to wait in the hot son while he enjoyed the slide. It was a bad setup. The floors in the pools were so rough. My feet are still hurting. Our concierge talked to us on the first day and said see would make our reservations for the different restaurants. She never made them for us. We made them on our own only to have problems using the QR codes. I do not like using QR codes for the menus. Paper menus are better. Room snacks were not replenished daily."
