« We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice! »

« I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion. The outdoor shower was awesome. We got home last Friday. We're almost done...

« Great house but paid more than 800 for pool heat for 4 days and never heated up. Beautiful media room but instructions on how to use the TV would have been helpful. Very well stocked and great location. Hopefully a heated pool monies will be refunded. »

« I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips. »

« I just spent my BD in the island with my family! We couldn’t pick a better property, although we have been here other times, having a pool it’s a plus, we love it! The property is exactly as described, super clean. Very well equipped, just bring your groceries. Perfect for a group of six, plenty space and a large pool deck.
