The home was beautiful and spotless. The check-in was easy. We received a call from Vacasa management company before we arrived and Carlos gave us thorough instructions along with more information about the house. He also gave us a direct number for us to reach out with any questions throughout our stay. On the first day we noticed there wasn't a supply of garbage bags. I called Carlos and he had a supply at the front door within the hour. He was a pleasure to work with. The home is well laid out - all bedrooms are on the 3rd floor - with an elevator that came in handy with all of the luggage - other than that we didn't need it. All bedrooms have large en-suite baths and closets. The kitchen is huge, there are several sitting areas. We liked the lanai and pool area for hanging out best. We travelled as 4 couples and never felt crowded. We didn't get a chance to use the theater room but it looked fun. All in all, it was worth the splurge and we wouldn't hesitate to stay their again. There was construction next door, which we knew about from the listing. The noise was minimal and only on a couple of days, not at all in the evenings nor on the weekend while we were there. ##### Jane L. On Monday, the local staff immediately addressed the pool issue & had a very helpful repair person address our other concerns. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels), toilet paper, and other household needs. Each room did have a Roku, which was nice! There are some issues in the household maintenance wise - some lights didn’t work, a fan didn’t run in one of the rooms, and the twin bed room has incredibly rickety beds - almost like a sea saw. Overall, a good stay with many places to congregate and enjoy time together! ##### Catie S. The views could not possibly be better and the beach access is perfect. Parking is misrepresented, we had to rent an expensive van because only two vehicles were allowed to park and I was made to believe (called) that this was a neighborhood covenant. Far from it, two houses down there was an RV parked in the driveway. If the house is large enough to sleep 12, surely you need to allow for families to bring their cars. Also, no access to any decent television in the main family room. Unable to even use your own apps. Woodpeckers were fun. With all of this, the family felt it was one of the best vacation getaways so far. ##### Patti B. The frustration we had is from the Sunday we checked in, we found out that during March Madness that the TV’s cable wasn’t working to the next morning going out side and realizing their were no cushions for the outdoor furniture and that the fireplace didn’t work. Then we bought food to grill that Monday night to put on outdoor grill and it didn’t work. During this time we contacted by text and phone the Vacasa representatives several times and nothing at the property ever got fixed in our week stay. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me and I never received a phone call. For a property like this you expect what you’re promised.
