« The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. « Notre deuxième séjour à Church Farm Lodge et c'est toujours au top ! Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, et très confortables (notamment les lits). L'accueil est très sympathique et on sent que les propriétaires font beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre l'expérience agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon... et c'est sympa de pouvoir commander des plats aux œufs de son choix. Cette fois, nous avons dîné au pub à côté — The Tollemache Arms, et la qualité de la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. »

« This was our first visit to the Tower but not to Ardnamurchan. Everything about it was perfect, except that on this occasion our stay wasn’t long enough! Very welcoming owners, everything spotless and beautifully decorated, and even a sunny balcony with view to Loch Sunart over the tree tops. Loads to do in the area so the Tower is a perfect base. »

« We were walking The Dales Way and arrived on a very wet Sunday afternoon. The staff at the pub were extremely welcoming and reserved us a table for dinner. The shepherds hut was lovely and cosy (underfloor heating), exactly what we needed after a long wet walk! The breakfast hamper was very welcome too. »
