Nous avions réservé une chambre que nous avions prépayé, mais à notre arrivée la réceptionniste nous a informé que l'hôtel n'avait pas reçu le paiement, n'a pas voulu contacter le service client et nous imposé le débit de notre carte de crédit, sans aucune bienveillance et aucune excuse. « Really is a lovely setting! Very peaceful and so much better than a regular hotel room and much larger than the usual hotel room as well. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the screened in back porch eventhough the porch was located a distance from our room. The onsite laundry room was a plus. »

« We cannot overstate how happy we were with this space, its location, and most of all the hosts. We needed a place to stay close to down town Mobile for the Christmas holidays that allowed dogs and was quiet: mission accomplished! The spacious studio covers all the bases: easy to access, private, conveniently located, comfortable, well-designed and equipped, very clean, and the property was very open, beautifully tended by thoughtful, helpful, and conscientious hosts.
