"Everything was great except for the extremely grumpy breakfast lady. If you go you'll know. She talks to you like you're a toddler."

"The best part of this hotel is the staff. They make this hotel stand out as a great place to stay. Nice hotel near the airport. Updated to a point, a few hastily done updates here and there. Pretty nice and mostly clean (carpet is always suspect in most hotels). Definitely can hear a lot of noises, thin walls. But generally people were considerate. "

"We were originally put in an uncleaned room which was quite annoying. After speaking with the staff they kindly upgraded us to a larger, clean room. "

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice, first impression was the entrance needed cleaning attention, other than that our stay was fine"

"The room was very nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a little of everything however the pancake machine did not work. There were plenty of other options for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent and the whole experience was comparable to the Hampton inn and suites that I stayed in the previous night, for almost twice the price."

"We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk told me our room had two queen beds. When I asked if they had given our room away to someone else, I was told if they ran out of the rooms we paid for on Hotels.com we would just have to accept what was left. We also tried to contact the hotel from the airport but were unable to get anyone except a phone tree that simply told us to go to the website. If we can't count on getting the room we booked (and paid for), I guess we will just use another service."

"Check in after 10:00 was very difficult. I show up and there is no staff. There is a sign for a number to call. The two people ahead of me said they had been calling the number for ten minutes with no answer. I called the CheapTickets phone and they gave me a different number to call. It went to voice mail and then hung up on me. After ten more minutes, a person showed up. I was tired and now it was after 11:30 pm. The room was fine. The check in was not. "
