"Lobby was under construction. But room was not clean Trash in bathroom, old poorly cleaned faucet and shower head, opened or used bathroom soaps. Carpet was worn and dirty, there was still open bottles of soda in fridge from previous guest. Would not recommend staying at unless you didn’t want to sleep in your car for the night. "

"Our hot tub was missing the cold water handle and the jets did not work. The pool was clear but the main hot tub was very nasty. Looked like dead skin literally. Also the food for breakfast was not very good at all. Top that all off with my bank account getting charged double and its been almost a week and im still fighting to get someone on the phone that can help me"

"The hotel its self is nice, and clean. Staff is very average. Not really “friendly”, but not rude either. We did have a front desk lady come in at 8:35PM, and tell us our THREE kids needed to be quiet in the pool because the room beside the pool was trying to sleep, but just 20 minutes before that, the pool was at full capacity due to a birthday party. And the pool is open until 10:00PM. And let’s not mention the fire alarm that went off every 5 minutes on Saturday. Literally the whole time we were having my mother in-laws celebration of life (in the banquet room) the alarm was going off, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it. Finally a guy showed up at around 9pm to fix the issue. I’ve been calling since Monday morning to speak with a manager, but haven’t been able to get in touch, I also left a message, still no response. So I’m not sure if I will return. "

"Hotel is clean, staff was very friendly, bed was hard as granite. Hard to fall asleep, did manage to find a spot where I could sleep. If they were able to change the beds out, would be a 5 star all the way around."
