« Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara. »

« We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. « This was our home away from home for 6 weeks and it couldn't have been better - the nicest VRBO of the 10+ we've stayed at over the years. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, top of the line appliances, ten minute walk to State Street, 25 min walk to Stearns Wharf, and similarly short walks to virtually everything - so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market etc. I worked remotely and the office space was perfect. « Clean bright well stocked unit in ideal location for enjoying Santa Barbara. Walk to almost everywhere and plenty of restaurants easily accessible. The unit is also quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. We will stay here again I am sure. And the communication from the host is a plus as well. »
