« I recently stayed 2 nights while attending appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. Driving times to clinic on Euclid took approximately 12-15 minutes depending on time of day. The townhome was clean and comfortably furnished. The TV and internet worked great as well as the washer/dryer which I used once before leaving town. The neighborhood overall felt safe although it is very close to several homeless shelters and a few times felt a bit uneasy while walking my dogs but I would definitely stay...

« Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all. »

« We had an overall great stay at this property! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the West Side Market, local bars, and plenty of great restaurants. « Check in process did not go well when we arrived. There was already someone staying there. Apparently someone was given the key code to our place when they should’ve been staying downstairs. Kind of scary to think that the same code was used in both locations. »

« Property is exactly like pictures! The two flights of stairs were a little rough for us but it did not deter from our stay. Garage is tight if you have a bigger car but all in all a wonderful place to stay when you're in Cleveland!! Very close to everything! »
