We appreciated the security of having a private garage, though be aware it’s a tight fit for a mid size vehicle. Neighborhood was convenient and a short uber ride from most places we wanted to go. It had a nice downtown condo vibe, but the shower didn’t seem terribly clean in one of the bathrooms and the shower door fell off the when trying to close it. At least half of the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t function- so I couldn’t easily open them to take a peek outside. And only part of the nice large windows in the bedroom had curtains… and the curtains were thin, so the light hit you eyes at sunrise. The other thing to know is that you’re likely going to hear police / ambulance / train noise at night.Beyond this, the living area was large and decent. Decent size kitchen, living room area and small balcony (we didn’t use it, not much to say here). One thing I felt very uncomfortable with were the directions left on the dining table stating that we would be charged 50 for every 30 mins, if we left past 11am. I’ve never had anyone threaten with that sort of thing- it left a bad taste in my mouth. And the owner will text you the morning of your departure day to ask you to let him know when you leave… it just seemed like a bit much. ##### Myrdna V.
