Duck Island is a unique part of Tremont, with easy access to Ohio City and Downtown Cleveland. You can walk, bike and scooter to all of the most exciting Cleveland restaurants, bars, and venues. If you love the outdoors, you'll have amazing access to an extensive trail system, parks and sandy beaches. This upstairs apartment was recently renovated. It was furnished with high end furniture and stylish decor. This beautiful private apartment was newly renovated to be stylish, clean and most importantly, comfortable. It is on the entire 2nd floor of a duplex, with a private entrance. The master bedroom is huge, featuring a walk in closet, king size bed and TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and armoire. Enjoy cooking in the clean modern kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, and eat at the butcher block dining table. There is an ensuite washer and dryer outside of the bathroom for your convenience. This apartment is on the entire 2nd floor of a duplex. It has a private entrance at the front of the building. You will be given a code to enter with an electronic keypad. The downstairs unit is owner occupied. This apartment is not for partying. We took a family vacation to explore Cleveland, with our 3 and 5 year old. This place had all the space we needed to be comfortable, was walking distance to so many great restaurants and city sites, including the famous West Side Market. The condo was also very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mark was very friendly and helpful through the entire process and checked in occasionally and provided some recommendations for our family. We picked up ingredients for several meals there and it was lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice. Nice and well stocked kitchen with utensils for cooking. The stairs to the apartment is fairly steep so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back if we would be in the area. ##### Loyal M. The VRBO was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, West Side Market and is a short drive to downtown. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and we will certainly stay here again when we come back to Cleveland. ##### Paul H.
