When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "The hotel is really on the high end and we enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient as as such travelling by bus or train was excellent. The hotel dining staff are so helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs even with their english & our mandarin language difficulty.

The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
