"I have to say, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at overall. For sure top 5. The room was extremely clean, organized, and updated. I like how home the room felt like. Having a separation from the room itself to the living room. It was a huge plus having the kitchen there and just flexibility of all the amenities were great. The staff were amazing and helpful. We had a small issue where the mini fridge wasn’t cooling properly. They immediately replaced the fridge with a whole new one. They were on point. Very attentive. Also the staff were amazing at recommending places to eat at and go to. The parking was so good, always having available spots. The pool was awesome with added touches of a ping pong table, a fridge with free water, and plus more. I got to say, if you’re looking to stay at a hotel in Key West, this is the one."

"DISLIKED: The property was ok - overpriced for USD $300 and it's not even peak season! The room overlooked the parking lot so the view was not great! The bathroom mirror frame was stained and the ceiling of the room had water stains on it. The breakfast had paper plates and disposable cutlery - not great! You have to carry your own bags to the room. LIKED: Very friendly, efficient, helpful checkin and check out staff. Parking was included in the price of the room. Room was clean, large, bed was comfortable and there were the usual amenities of coffee (no tea), in room safe, iron + ironing board, flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean, with toiletries and a hair dryer. Plenty of clean towels. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a wide range of cereals, eggs, some fruit, coffee, tea, bagels/breads etc. All in all a fairly pleasant experience - would use the hotel just as a place to stay for the night while exploring Key West."
