"Everything was great except for the kids running the halls and knocking on doors because they were not properly supervised by their parents. Staff were good about dealing with the issue. "

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback for us was the mattress, which was softer than we personally prefer.
