« During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in window. We waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came out of one of the hotel rooms to check us in. I knew there would be a pet fee, but we were surprised to learn it was $20 per day. We were also looking forward to using the pool, only to find out it had been completely filled in, which was never mentioned anywhere on the website. Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. « Went to check in the hotel I guess Expedia build through a third party and obviously charges were wrong after 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia they were trying to move me into another hotel the hotel told me there was $58.70 different in taxes so I went ahead and paid the taxes and trying to reach out to Expedia to pay me the $58.70 that they owe me for the hotel that is the next challenge and so far not working »
