« Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was. »

« Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again. »

« Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in. »

« Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions. »

« Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

« Sadly, I will not recommend this place for a 4-5 day stay. It seems to be an old motel that they are trying to keep open. We rented it because we were visiting family and wanted a place to have morning coffee before we left for the day. There wasn’t a thing in the kitchen area. Not a utensil, appliance, plate, glass or cup. No towels in the kitchen. The bathroom door handle came off almost every time we opened it. Enough said. »

« Visiting my son in college. We were able to have some family time and home made meals. He was so happy. It was our home away from home for an entire weekend. It was just perfect for us. We will be back. »

« The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago. »

« Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again. »

« Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking...
