Check in was a breeze thanks to the clear, concise directions including pictures. The apartment is on the smaller size-quaint and cozy, but it was perfect size for my husband, myself and our dog. We used the apartment as a โ€œhome baseโ€ while we were visiting our son and daughter in law, there are convenient bus and train options as well as on street paid parking and several lots nearby, as well as a plethora of restaurants and bars, so it made it easy with the dog to bring her with us, or, exercise her and have her nap in her kennel in between stops. The Montrose dog beach is .7 of a mile away -an easy walk and is awesome-they have doggie baths right there so no sand coming back to the apartment!! The building itself was very quiet, the people we met were kind and courteous and they have a terrific enclosed doggie area right in the back yard! We will stay here again. ##### lori s. The space was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. You're a quick walk to the red line train, which we utilized several times for exploring the city. Wrigley Field is also walkable if you are up for it! It's a great way to check out the surrounding neighborhoods. Highly recommend having breakfast at least once at Golden House Restaurant & Pancake House - we went twice because of it's convenience and quality. Will definitely be returning! ##### Christie C. Jul 17, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very small We were unable to relax in the apartment. It felt like a Dorm room. There is no parking for the stay so we had to park in the road and pay. The best part about the building was roof top.
