I always felt completely safe even being by myself! The bed! The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I have slept in! Host was super responsive to questions! Do not hesitate to book!!!! »

« We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all. « Conveniently located near the clubhouse, Ella and Ollies, and The Briny Swine. The condo was clean and adequately appointed with everything you'll need. The Murphy bed was actually quite comfortable. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. »

« This condo was clean and well-furnished with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was especially well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the inlet and waterways allowed us to bird watch from the balcony. Our only concern was a persistent moldy smell which remained on our clothing when we returned home. »

« My family and I spent 4 nights at the Ocean State of Mind condo in Ocean Ridge resort. The condo was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. All communications with Host and rental agency were swift and friendly. We had a great time! »

« Everything was nice and easy to get in and out of the property! I did have to bring some pots and pans as we are a big family and we also had family members staying elsewhere on the resort and we like home cooked meals so we needed big enough pots to cook in. The house was amazing and clean! The host was easy to talk to and very quickly responded to any questions we had! I would recommend over and over the host and her place for an awesome family spring break vacation! »

« Other reviewers have mentioned the number of stairs to reach the entrance. When you arrive and look up, then you realize... The climb was a little more than we anticipated. Pack accordingly to make sure all items can be handled by one person or be prepared to team-carry. You get used to the climb after a couple of days. « We had a nice stay. There were several issues with the property. We called and were able to resolve one of them. They sent some one to repair the hole in the deck. They were unable to stop the lights from blinking over the table. The repairman came on Wednesday evening and said that he thought that the bulbs were the wrong kind. The hardware store was already closed by the time he came. So we just had blinking lights. We made it like a running joke with the kids. They thought it was funny. But...

« Check in was easy. The loft stairs are very narrow. Plenty of cookware. The worst part of the stay was the washer, dryer, and dish washer. Our son with special needs has accidents frequently through his diaper and we wash clothes daily so it was annoying hearing the washer constantly which it is extremely loud it sounds like a rocket. Other than that its a beautiful location. »
