Make sure to read the listing details for although it’s Advertised as up to 4 people, the futon is only twin sized in width and not full length, so really only suitable for 3\. My two preteens could not both fit on the futon but thankfully we had family staying nearby so my 10 y.o. was able to go stay with them. Ideal for a couple with one kid (under 5’6”) or 2 toddlers. Good location otherwise with playground, putt putt, and pool a quick 2 minute walk. Was only provided towels for 2 people, no bathmat, even though our request stated 4 people so had to do laundry daily. Futon was full of grime and hair had to be cleaned in the crevices before use.
