« Contemplation cabin was amazing! It was very secluded, peaceful and serene. The cabin was well stocked for any needs and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the river and even saw an Eagle fly by. The owners were great with communication, especially with the directions to get there, which was definitely needed, since GPS wasn't much help at a certain point. We highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for beauty, seclusion and peace! »

« The cabin was just the right size for a quiet stay in nature. The lake was pristine. Kayaks were available as well as fishing poles and tackle. The dock was in good shape and it was fun to sit on it at different times of the day and evening. A firepit was available with wood. The cabin itself was cozy with everything needed to cook with. « Overall it was a fine place to stay. We were just a bit uncomfortable without anything up covering the patio window. It wasn't any light out back on the patio. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious as described. But because we were next door to a Compound and we are African Americans it was mentally and emotionally OVERWHELMING. Whew!!! Our host was extremely responsive whenever contacted and was willing to figure out a solution for our concerns. We greatly appreciate it. »

« My husband and son loved catching fish in the pond on the property and the stars were incredible! Cabin is rustic but clean and had all needed amenities for a peaceful vacation. « The cabin was as advertised, clean, comfortable, communication from the host was great. We enjoyed the location off the beaten path to relax, would stay again at this location. Would recommend a vehicle that sits high to get to this location, all wheel or 4 wheel drive would be preferable, but not totally necessary.
