Someone to greet us and explain things would have made a big difference. The second bedroom was basically not usable, the ladder was very sketchy and the corrugated metal ceiling had sharp edges and was so close to the bed that it was dangerous so I ended up sleeping on the folding sofa bed which was not very comfortable for a 63 year old person.
