« Greetings,I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the overall stay was not bad, there were several issues that would prevent me from booking this specific location again. Most significantly, the parking was impossible at times, which is the primary reason I will not be returning. Additionally, both the TV remote and the washer were not working during my visit. The elevator certification showing in the elevator was out of date by 2 years.I would like to note that VRBO did a...

« Everything was great. The only suggestion is that if there would be a night light closer to the bungalow. There is a light when you first walk on the side of the yard, but it’s dark closer to the bungalow. Or maybe either an outside motion light. I would certainly recommend it. »

« We came in town for a college tour and decided to come down the night before. The home is cozy and cute! Lots of amenities, easy check in/check out process and responsive hosts. Great location and the community was quiet at night. I will say the mattresses are a bit hard so if you NEED a soft mattress, bring a topper. Even with that, it wouldn't deter me from booking again. »

« The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The cottage was well equipped for the 2 nights we stayed. However the property had some issues upon arrival. We found hair and a used bar of soap in the shower, which made it appear that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. There were also a couple of cockroaches in the unit and a strong sulfur/sewer odor from the drains and shower whenever water was used. While I appreciate the host’s responsiveness and...

« When we arrived at the unit, there was a man passed out on a bench at the entrance. We left and came back later and he was still there. Feeling a little unsafe, I messaged the hose, sent a photo and let them know it was only my daughter and myself and being 2 women we didn’t feel comfortable with this man knowing we were there alone and we would be staying somewhere else. The host was Very argumentative and disrespectful and wouldn’t even consider some sort of resolution. We did not enter the...

« The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing. »
