### "Magnolia" Cottage Reidsville Georgia
Our Magnolia cottage is located in Reidsville Georgia, we finished construction in March 2023\. The cottage is 432 sf and offers a full kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes, living room with comfortable furniture, 43" Roku Smart TV, 2 queen beds with memory foam mattress and soft sheets and a bathroom with a walk-in shower all towels and linens are provided.
The unit has a Keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. We will get you started with basic amenities toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
We are located with-in walking distance of our local hospital and surgery center.
Our town has many great local restaurants, pharmacies and grocery store. There is also a State Park to enjoy while you visit.
Family owned and operated giving our customers a place that feels like home.

Very nice cottage with everything you could think of that might be necessary! Very clean and close to the hospital and places to eat. Would highly recommend The Cottages for a stay in Reidsville. Great stay and accommodations!

My name is Lisa and my husband was having back surgery so this was a perfect location for us as it’s pretty much right next door to the hospital. This is the cutest little cottage. Very homey feeling, super clean and the beds are so comfy. I highly recommend staying here.

If you're coming to Reidsville, the Cottages is the place to stay. Convenient location and super clean. It's not a resort property by any means, but it will meet your needs if you're in town to work or visit the local hospital. Great communication with the property owner. Surprisingly there are several great places to eat in town as well.

#### Perfect one room cottages
We love staying here because of the quality of the properties and the cleanliness and the communication with the team is always smooth. The proximity to Statesboro is a big place and we get to drive through Claxton the home of the fruitcake. And all seriousness we really love these places you should give them a try if you are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like being at home. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were memory foam, to us they were not very comfortable and felt stiff but I think it is because we do not like memory foam mattresses. We loved the location, we were in town to see family so location was perfect. The cottages have everything you would need if you were to forget something.

Not many places to stay when in this area so the cottages on main provide a need! They are very close to a grocery store and some eating establishments. When we visit Glennville we are glad to be able to stay here and not have to go to Hinnesville. The cottages have everything you need for short term stay! Cons: Wifi not reliable, and one morning was woke by lawncare guy(leafblower) before 8:00 am.

#### I wish every stay was this good
There may be slightly better locations depending on what you are looking for but nothing would be the utility of these little cottages. It was perfect for our visits to nearby Statesboro. The Huddle House and other close by amenities like grocery, worked out great for us. These units are new and fit the bill many times over from a hotel room. I think even on my next Baxley trip I may very well stay overnight in Reidsville. The person I spoke with about the unit and booking was fabulous.

Felt a little more attention. Oils have been given to overall cleanliness of cottage. Bathroom rug didn’t look like had been vacuumed. Roach by sofa, on its back but alive. The overall stay and location was great. Would definitely stay there again. Host was quick at answering questions.
