Many of the original homes and gardens still stand and are privately preserved to capture southern charm. This 3 bed, 2 bath cottage offers a cozy, charming feel that is hidden but yet, in the heart of it all. 1 mile from downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and farmers market and just 2 miles from GSU's beautiful campus. We do charge a $50 pet fee. You will LOVE this property! The Space: Very private location in the heart of the historic district within 1 mile from shopping, restaurants, farmers market, entertainment and more. The Neighborhood: Southern charm surrounds this property and is nestled on a private street in the historic district. Getting Around: Although a car is recommended for travel, guests are within walking/biking distance to main attractions. Uber and Lyft are also available from this location. Other Things to Note: Smoking is not allowed inside of the unit. We asked that you politely find a smoking area outside! Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50. No parties are events are allowed! \*\*\*Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in.
