There is a ladder to climb a very steep climb to get into the bed, you have to crawl from the end as there is no room around the bed. They must have built the loft around the bed. In fact, it is not a bedroom…just an opening up the ladderto the bed. « My husband and I were traveling to Mount Holyoke College for a graduation, and rather than staying at an overpriced, yet always disappointing Inn or Hotel in South Hadley, we chose to stay a bit away, here in Connecticut. The drive to the graduation was not too bad, and we, instead of having to cram into a packed city, were able to enjoy a beautiful, private stay in the woods.
