« This is a budget hotel and I think I got my money's worth. My grandson and I were spending the day at the beach and didn't want to spend a fortune just for one night. The pictures on the hotel web site seems good and maybe a little too good to be true. When we arrived to register one could tell things were a little rough around the edges. « Just wanted a little weekend getaway near the water. Matagorda is not crazy busy like Galveston so had a nice quiet weekend even on the 4th of July. Could see fireworks from the deck. The house was clean and cool. Would stay here again. »
