"We needed a place to stay while attending Rice graduation and the apartment was in a great location! Very close to campus and Rice village. There were so many places close by to eat and the neighborhood was so nice and safe. Parking was easy. The apartment was perfect for us! Sequioa was super responsive and so easy to work with. She even left us treats in the fridge! The apartment looks just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and loved that each room had a TV. I will defenitely...

"Family of 7 getting together for a long weekend celebrating a college graduation. House is perfect for a group or a family. We loved the layout. The master sheets were the most comfortable sheets I have slept on in perhaps my whole life!! Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of seating areas so we were able to spread out whenever we wanted. We had a couple hiccups the very first day but Erica our host was Johnny on the spot and had such fantastic communication and handled our issues without hesitation!...
