« Donna is a great hostess! The house is beautiful, large and cosy rooms, and the best part: a peaceful & secluded scape just a few minutes outside the city. « We loved being here and hope to return one day. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect location at the beginning of the Virginia Creeper Trail.The farmhouse was great with nice hot showers, outside fire pit and grill, plenty of games, TV, towels , relaxing porches, night time stars, and room to relax. We saw plenty of deer in our brief time there . Communication with the owner was easy as we both texted and called. Access to the wild ponies at Grayson Highlands and the views on Whitetop were...

« As soon as you pull in you are greeted by a beautiful willow tree. The property is just amazing, from the trout stream to the house. Oh my, the house, it is picturesque, it should be featured in a magazine. It is the cleanest vacation rental house we have stayed in. A big plus, just a short drive to Watauga lake. The host, Gary, is super friendly. We can’t wait to come back! »
