This was the perfect, peaceful, clean old farmhouse. We loved the country feel of this home. It was private and everyone enjoyed the river experience. It was a little bit tough for some to get in and out of the river, but once you were in the water it was a nice part of the river to walk around in. I had fun fishing in the New River. If you are wanting to fish, however, it's a difficult spot to fish from the bank and the creek is really small and low this time of year. For the hardcore fisher, I'd come early spring or later in the fall. for the family that wants to float the river, it's awesome. And the fireflies at night were spectacular.
