« It is a very convenient location. Across the street is the Grocery store with gasoline and the pizza/sandwich shop. Later, we did walk 250 yards to the brewery. Small parking area for a large p/u truck. Biggest drawback is that it is only 15 feet from the main road going through Damascus, which tends to be busy and noisy. And no front or back usable porch.. »

« What a great place! Peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t hang outside by the fire pit but the screened in porch is a nice extension of the home. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was. There is a gas station/cafe around the bend and the cafe has really good food, especially for breakfast. The gas station has hunt brothers pizza and that was good as well....

« Beautiful views and nice amenities. We enjoyed a hot tub sunset looking at the beautiful mountains! It was within 15 minutes of the state park for nice hiking and downtown West Jefferson, which is a very viable small town. »

« This cabin was a clean,spacious, family friendly located in a quite subdivision. My elderly parent found the single level layout easy navigate. Plenty of outdoor activities close to explore and the lake was prestine. Lots of shopping close. We very much enjoyed the lighting bugs display right after sundown. It was like Christmas trees lit up! Thank you for sharing your lovely pet friendly home with us. »

« Once we figured out the panel on the front door was the keypad that needed a firm touch when pressing the code, everything else was smooth sailing. Perfectly stocked with everything one would need for a getaway—all you need to bring is food and drinks. The large old Bible was a precious find, and I enjoyed leafing through that.
