« We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Restaurants and attractions...

It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach and the restaurants and shops in Dewey. Excellent and timely communication with the host. « Enjoyed our stay at this townhouse located in 9-hole golf course community. Easy access driving to as it is located right off of Coastal Hwy. Most things provided (linens, towels, ...kitchen pots, pans, dishes). Chose this place because each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was also a half-bath on the main floor. Townhouse was very clean.Some things to note (for those it matters)...there are a few steps to get into the townhouse (last one pretty high), and many steps to get to 2nd...

« Lovely, quiet property. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We took Ubers to the actual beaches (Rehoboth and Dewey) so we didn’t have to find parking. The bike path is perfect for morning runs and walks. We would absolutely rent this property again. »

Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year. »

« Very nice house. Like the key code entry instead of keys.Some in our group made use of the gym, pool, and bay beaches. Felt safe to let pre-teens and teens walk on their own. Kitchen could use more mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, and potholders.Six passes for a house that accommodates 12 is odd, so we took turns to avoid the expense of more passes. Other parts of the island would be a closer walk for the ocean, but it was doable. »
