If you are looking to be close to all the attractions such as the boardwalk, but don't want to deal with the congestion and noise of downtown, this 1 BR 1 BA is the unit for you! From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few. You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chair that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi. So come and relax, leave your car parked and come make some Ocean City memories with us! THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. As far as ideal vacation rentals go, this one checks all the boxes. My only complaints are that the mattresses weren't super supportive, and the kitchen lacked a decent knife/cutting board (for those planning to cook). I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed in this one bedroom loft-style condo that truly exceeded my expectations. Located in a quiet community the condo offered both convenience and tranquility. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and smart use of space that made it feel both cozy and spacious.
