"Everything was great. From the front desk to the clean room. breakfast was differenteveryday and it was a big selection. We went with our kids and it was a great stay. I would stay again. Close to Everything and the pool was clean and nobody was really in it. I would highly recommend."

"My family and I love this property for our Orlando theme park vacations. It’s a well maintained, affordable and quiet stay. It’s like staying in your own little apartment, which is the sort of hotel stay that I prefer to a more traditional single room hotel that doesn’t have a kitchen, washer dryer, etc. I need to be able to do my own laundry and maintain some semblance of normalcy while on vacation to keep my own sanity. My children are older, but I would imagine it’d be even better for families with younger children, as everyone can get a little space for themselves to unwind. Everyone’s different, and that’s how my family likes to do it. We stayed here a year ago and plan to again the next time we plan a trip to Disney or Universal. There is a bus shuttle to both those parks that run in the morning and bring you back in the afternoon, you just have to book your party with the company and use the code the hotel gives you to use the bus services for free. This resort is a fraction of the price of many others in the area and is a great stay."

"We were attending a week of activities for our nephew's wedding. We spent time at the parks, resort hotels for meals and the wedding reception and a day with family at their home. The Embassy Suites was a convenient location for all of our activities. Even though there seemed to be a lot of school groups at the hotel, the only time you really saw or heard them was at breakfast. I must commend the people that worked the breakfast. They were constantly working and very friendly to everyone. Happy hour staff were also great. The only problem I had during our stay, was trying to purchase Disney tickets through the hotel. The first day I kept checking back with them because they said I had to wait for the one employee in charge of that to return. When they did get back, they told me they would call me when they were able to get my tickets. Hours later they said the system was down so I finally gave up. The next day a different employee tried to help me and they were also unsuccessful. So, I wouldn't recommend trying to purchase your park tickets at the front desk. I enjoy staying at hotels at the park, but the price you get at Embassy compared to a Disney resort hotel is quite a savings. I would stay here again."

"Was looking at a hotel for a hotel that night with hotels.com. It said 'other hotels you may be interested in' with a cheaper price with Magic Key listed. So I booked it about an hour before arriving. When I got to the hotel, a man named Dan was at the front desk. I learned the website defaulted to a future date that had a cheaper stay. The hotel was very stern on no refunds and no refund back through hotels.com. I decided to try them one more time recently on a different trip due to the cost with my daughter to swim at the pool. As a last-minute decision, I booked the stay when I pulled into the parking lot. Went into the hotel. The same guy (Dan) was there. There was a type-written sign was up in the window stating they just started remodeling their pool and it was down until mid-July. There was no mention of this on the website (see pictures). I told him to hold on before he processed the reservation, because I had booked to do a pool get-away with my daughter. I simply shrugged and said thats up to hotels.com to refund the money. Hotels.com did not refund the money. Never again."
