The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is what we wanted, about 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom. Overall the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is mainly because some updates are needed. The TV doesn't offer the apps that you find now in most hotels where you can log on to your Netflix and other accounts to watch and the TV program was very reduced. There was no hair dryer (I realize not everyone is using one but you find them in most rooms). We had to wait a little bit for the room even though it was after checking time and it was on the 1st floor but we had selected an upper floor on the app. Yes the app doesn't guarantee but they should not ask you to choose your room then. We had less bath towels then the number of people in the room but the front desk was quick to correct the problem. We reserved a room with a sofa bed which we ended up not using as it was very uncomfortable and only had the fitted sheet. This was unfortunate since these rooms were more $ than the ones without a sofa bed. Lastly, the breakfast needs some work. The sitting area cannot accommodate all the guests so we ended up eating in our room and the lines to the hot food and waffles are long and there wasn't even any waffle mix left a good 30 mins prior to breakfast closing which left us & a lot of other families without waffles. The mattress and pillows were poor quality.
