"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "This resort was absolutely beautiful. Not only were the grounds lush and stunning, the water of the Caribbean Sea blessedly clear and calm, but the kindness and warmth of the staff was truly the best part of our stay. My husband and I felt so glad to visit during the slow season, as the staff had time to talk to us between serving the delicious food and drinks. We have been to many different places in the world, and the sincerity, charm and humor of the staff made our stay so special. The hospitality was truly above and beyond all expectation. We can't wait to get back. A special thanks to Rogers, Triana, Lloyd, Orville, Ruth and all the staff we were lucky enough to talk and laugh with at San Souci. We fell in love with Jamaica because of you!"

"Everything was ok. I would not classify it as a “beach view”, but you can see the ocean in the distance. AC units are only in the bedrooms. Bathrooms and kitchen had windows that stayed open all the time (constant hot air flowing in). Nothing that would deter me from staying again!! Just an honest review. Orren (host) is very responsive and accommodating as possible. Staff all very friendly. Very centrally located to all the touristy things."

"You'll receive proximity to the town and beach, along with a comfortable place to rest. All at a reasonable price. There is also cable/sattelite in the living room and bedroom. Oh yea, it's nice to have a 1-bedroom instead of a bachelor. A couple of things to flag; at the time the AC in the living room wasn't operating. The one in the bedroom was, so I put the fan at the door and blew the cool air out of the bedroom, It made an improvement. There was also a dirty glass and spoon so I took care to wash everything before using since the cleaner wasn't washing up properly. The rest of the place was clean. Over all it was highly satisfactory."
