Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. Love the location, close for biking and beaching. Restaurant on site is very good. Apartments well maintained and fully furnished, we ended it up eating almost our meals there as it so easy to cook, use the bbq, dishwasher, etc. Disappointed that our kayak reservation was cancelled twice: first time because of the weather and it did not rain at all at the end, and second time because of short staffing.
