Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. Nous avons toutefois utilisé le foyer, qui a permis de chauffer la chambre. Comme nous ne savions pas si le problème était temporaire, nous ne l’avons pas mentionné à la réception. Le salon principal du lodge était inutilisable en raison de bris. Un autre point qui pourrait être amélioré serait l’aménagement d’un trottoir menant au village, car nous avons dû marcher sur le bord de la route pour nous y rendre et, avec la neige, les déplacements à pied n’étaient vraiment pas sécuritaires."
