« Great location allowing easy access to beach/food/activities and convention center. Spacious and comfortable! Dishwasher was not working but was promptly fixed which we greatly appreciated. Furnishings need to be updated due to lack of common amenities such as: nightstands, working dresser drawers and adequately stocked kitchen. Also- only 1 tv for 3 bedrooms. Overall, a great property that could use some attention but we would rent it again! »

« This condo was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was equipped. It has 2 full bathrooms. Three beds, one sofa bed. Cable tv. Great location, beautifully decorated. The thermostat being in 72 all the time was an issue for us since the back bdrm was hot. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived. However, it wasn't a big deal, we're at the beach! The vacasa team was helpful and polite. The condo is a gem. We loved it and we're planning to come back! »

« Very attractive and roomy unit. Toilets need updated and shower rod and curtain in shared bathroom needs replaced. Someone didn’t let the keys in lockbox so we had to wait to be let in. Didn’t have to wait long. Found the keys later inside. Maybe change to a keypad entrance to resolve future problems. Short walk to beach which is nice. Would stay there again. »
