The location was perfect as it was close to the venue, and to my brother’s house. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was unfortunate that it was pollen season, we couldn’t utilized the big screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, we did cook there, but there was no usable baking pan, so purchased a throw away one. I have gotten used to traveling with my own pan for breakfast, and spatula. The AC was comfortable, it was easy to get into the house with the lockbox. This is a second floor apartment and I didn’t read that clearly, it wasn’t a big deal, but the picture in the description looks like you are staying in a house, this is a condo complex. I scheduled a last minute quick 2-night getaway to celebrate the end of school for our two children. I loved we were able to bring our dog as the host allowed over 20 pounds (which is hard to find). But it is an awesome location. It is really close to everything without feeling close to everything. Instead, it is nestled out of the way in a cute development where we had views of the fountains in the ponds and were woken by the birds in the trees outside. But we were 10 minutes from Dewey, Lewes, or Rehoboth. Food, shopping, and attractions were all close too. The place was cute, and felt larger than it was because of the wrap around. The owner was great about communication. The beds were much more firm than my family prefer, and some napped on the sofa or love seat instead. And i think the cleaning crew should take a little more time, but that was minor, like smudged mirrors or glass and not so clean under things. Nothing major.
