Well maintained condo located at 104/127th Street. Ocmd 21842 Unit 339. Details include 1 lg. bedroom located on 2nd floor with 2 queen beds and queen size sofa bed in L/r. snack bar, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, W/D area. One Bathroom. 2 tv's with cable/wifi. Parking lot has common area with North side park and bay which has playground biking paths, kayaks , paddle board and hosts events, concerts with ice cream sundaes, crabbing. grocery store, bar, Uber bagels(best bagels on Island. Be ready to wait in line) , Ocean is a 2 minute walk . Tony Lukes steak house. Chipotle, New Bourbon street Restaurant and much more right next to condo. Location Location!! Assateque island and ponies 20 minutes away. Boardwalk 10 minutes away. So much more! code for pool gate is 2420 Google ocean city calendar of events to see events happening near condo and ocmd for the time of your stay.

Bring 3 queen sheets/ pillow cases and towels.

Clean and no frills. If you need a place to stay that is safe, clean, inexpensive, and has a pool, then this is for you. It is no frills. The beds are comfy, and the AC unit can keep up with the humidity. The location near Northside Park is excellent. The beds are comfortable. If you are planning to cook more than spaghetti and sauce, the kitchen is not well-stocked.

We were staying at the condo for my daughter’s softball tournament. The location was perfect, since it was next to the fields and out of the routine congestion. I was also happy with the cleanliness of the condo.

Perfect place for a weekend beach trip with my teen. It’s an old beach condo, so don’t expect anything fancy, but it was clean, cozy, had all the amenities we needed, and bonus - backed to Northside Park. Met Geraldine on the way out and she was also warm and lovely. Thanks for a perfect MDW 2025 stay!

Nice little place

Mainly just needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting for the Boardwalk Rock music fest. This place worked for that. Is very conveniently located next to a bus stop for getting to the fest with places to grab a bite in walking distance as well.

Just right

This little condo isn't anything extravagant but it was just right for our family of 5. My husband and I roomed with our youngest 2 while my oldest slept in the living room on the pull out. Not a lot of privacy, but it worked out nicely. Nice and clean. Don't get the pizza from the shop next door, it's absolutely awful.

Place was exactly as listing described! Super clean. Loved the location. The owner even made the extra trip and dropped off toilet paper to us because there wasn’t any stocked! Above and beyond! Would definitely stay again.

My fault, wasn't paying attention to how far up we were, but the listing mentioned close to the beach and bay, thought it was much closer and they should mention No elevators all steps. Also including more pillows, blankets would be a plus. Needed towels and sheets yes.

The online listing is misleading. It is not a "Well maintained condo". It is a 2 story condo but it's pretty run down. The carpets need a major cleaning. The dishwasher didn't work when we checked in but the owners were friendly and willing to replace it while we were there. We decided to decline them replacing it while we were there, in order to enjoy our week uninterrupted. The microwave is small and rusty. Make sure to cover your food with a paper towel while reheating or rust flakes will fall on the food. The bathroom faucet is old and covered in soap scum. The toilet takes a while to flush. The shower runs out of hot water pretty quickly. Needs fresh paint upstairs. The dressers were all dirty inside and falling apart. The upstairs beds were comfy. The sofa bed was basically springs with a torn cover over them. "Fully equipped kitchen" included 5 bowls and a selection of various silverware pieces. The plates were gross and I didn't feel like handwashing the dirt/mud(?) off of them so we went to the dollar store to purchase disposable items. The only bathroom was up the spiral staircase. The bedroom is up there too which makes taking luggage upstairs difficult. But the kids loved the spirals! Also be prepared that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, just an outside wooden staircase. The pool was nice the first 2 days, then it started getting cloudy and dirty and kept getting worse until I messaged the owners and then the building management company. Someone came out the next morning and vacuumed which helped a bit but it stayed cloudy and dirty the rest of our stay. Northside park is nice and close. However "Ocean is a 2 minute walk" is actually closer to at least a 7 minute walk down the block and across the highway then down the next block. An email was sent with check-in information but it had the wrong key code. After trying and trying it, I called and spoke to the owner and she gave me another code but it was wrong too, then they gave me the right one and we got in. The early check-in time is a bonus though! Overall for the price we paid, I was disappointed versus the many other places we've stayed in OC. While being in North OC was convenient, the unit left a lot to be desired. The owners are friendly and they said they would get a new microwave and that they didn't know that it was rusty. They were bringing up a new dishwasher when we checked out.

Last minute vacay

This property was very nice and just like the pictures. Perfect for me and a few of my friends for a quick little weekend vacation. Close to an awesome bagel place, donut shop, and pizza place as well as a grocery store. Just a short walk across the street to the beach.
