Centrally located, blocks away from Downtown, Hospitals - Foothills & Chumir, SAIT, steps away from bus stops. Ideal for tourists, professionals & reunions. Look forward to hosting you but NO PARTIES! Whether you're looking for a night out or a relaxing getaway Kensington has something for you. The property has beautiful furnishings, clean contemporary lines, and lots of natural light. The unit offers 3 floors of living space, 4 queen beds, 3.5 baths, and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time. The ground floor features a spacious sitting area, 65" TV, a dining space with a dining table for 8-10 guests, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more. Upper-level features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy queen-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in steam shower, 2 sinks. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub. The upstairs also offers an easily accessible laundry room with a washing and drying machine.
The basement features 2 additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathroom, business & comfortable sitting area.
You can enjoy your morning outside, in a sunny front area.
Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. If needed the property offers a baby bath, baby gates, changing table, high chair, a pack-and-play, kids’ cups and plates. Families with kids are welcome! Please let us know what equipment you need and give us 24 hours so we could prepare for your stay accordingly your request, thank you. The property is in close proximity to a playground, walking paths, and stunning views of the downtown skyline. The property is also ideal for remote workers, featuring High Speed WIFI, a desk, numerous power outlets, and a short drive/walk to downtown area. We accept well behaved/trained pets but limit pet acceptance to hypoallergenic non shedding pets. Please let us know you are brining your pets, thank you! Location: Nestled in trendy Kensington, the property is minutes from shopping boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Whether you are looking for a night out or exploring the many walking paths, Kensington has something for everyone. The property is well insulated to ensure guests won't be bothered by traffic or street noise. Parking: on Kensington Rd, simple & easy, steps to the entrance door. No restrictions on weekends /holidays. Monday-Friday 2-hour limit 9-5 pm and we obtain a visitor permit for you to park out front. Please provide your vehicle (2 max) plate number & province upon your arrival.
Amenities: Easily accessible walking/biking paths along the Bow River, lazy river rafting during summer, and many public parks. The property includes an outdoor sitting area, barbecue, and patio lights. House Rules: NO PARTIES. QUIET HOURS designated from 9PM TO 7 AM - CALGARY BYLAWS. Must be 25 y.o. to be able to book the place. All guests spending the night must be authorized-registered and approved by host. Self-Check-in with keypad: 3:00PM. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. No smoking. Make sure the fire place is off before you go to bed or leave the premise.
TV: There should be 2 remotes; Use the big black remote to turn on tv,
then use the small gray remote to turn on the Apple TV then click on the TV bouton and you will get a list of apps to choose from.

Love this property and found the host was very quick to answer any questions we may have had. We stayed for 4 nights, 4 adults and 2 children. Clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with everything we would want. We would highly recommend this property and it was only 7 minutes to downtown.

Great property in a great location
We had a lovely stay in this roomy, clean and well presented town house. Exactly as described in the listing, it had everything we needed and was very well located for easy access to Kensington and the city centre. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we're ever in the area.

This is a nice property in a nice area (you will need to walk a little bit or be comfortable with public transit). Not much of a "yard", but 4 good sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable living room area. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but after some back and forth it was fixed and there is no reason to believe that there would be any issues in the future.

This property was perfect for the 3 of us that stayed. We came for a ladies weekend away, the location was great. A beautiful neighborhood, lots of shops and restaurants/pubs within walking distance and a very short drive to downtown. Property was clean and there were enough rooms and washrooms for us to each have our own space. I would book this property again wothout a second thought.

Great house
We spent a weekend in Calgary before heading to Banff. This house was great: clean, spacious, and came with essentials like some laundry pods. The layout had 2 BRs on top floor and 2 on bottom, so ideal for teens vs parents separation. :) The host was extremely responsive. The location is within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and coffee shops (and ice cream!). In fact our only nit had nothing to do with the house or the host at all- on Sat night there was a group of motorcyclists that hung out on the street in front of the house. They were very nice, but a little loud for the top front BR. If you visit in the summer you might bring some form of white noise device, and you will be golden. (It is a big city after all.) Overall would heartily recommend.

Accommodations were lovely. 5 coworkers stayed here for meetings in the city. House was big enough to accomodate all of us with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. House was very clean very roomy, had everything we needed and was in great location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
