« We arrived at 23.30pm to be told they had no booking for us and the hotel was full! I showed them an email from hotels.com showing the booking was confirmed and paid in full. After 20 minutes and a lot of determination from my husband, they gave us a room booked to someone else whose card was not accepted! I hope those people didn't turn up looking for a room. »

« Lovely situation with great views. Really nice open plan kitchen/living area. 2 of bedrooms good size but other 2 much too small and this wasn't apparent from the pictures. Hot Tub was a nice luxury and a great place to chill and enjoy the scenery. Not super clean and furniture getting a bit bashed/tired already even though the accommodation is pretty new. These are semi detached and we had a large group next door who were shouting and making a lot of noise into the evening which wasn't ideal. »

« Surprised and very pleased to find tea/ coffee/ sugar / dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid etc all supplied. Beds very very comfortable ❤️. Hot tub well used. If there is 1 criticism - lack of hanging space for clothes. Perhaps some sort of name sign at entrance. Drove in and out again when first arrived. Would have liked to see, only because we had 2 boys, 6 and 5 , year olds, an outdoor space for kicking ball around. »
