This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. « Great place to stay. 3 minute walk from condo to downtown. Very clean and roomy. The skiing was awesome at Breck. »

« The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication! »

Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home. »
