"Incredible hotel with exceptional staff who turn a beautiful stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you for making our honeymoon truly special — we were upgraded to a stunning lake‑view room, received a bottle of prosecco with a small desert and even offered breakfast. The Basin Spa is on another level entirely. We’ve visited many spas, but this one feels genuinely exclusive. There were maybe 8–10 people in total, which made the experience calm, intimate, and perfectly paced. We could explore every room without ever feeling crowded. A special mention for the Aufguss sauna ritual — I usually don’t enjoy saunas, but this was something else. A unique, must‑try experience you won’t find anywhere else."

"Le personnel était arrangeant et très aimable. Le logement était très propre. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Les points négatifs : un frigo très bruyant et des tarifs très élevés mais le gros avantage : on n'est qu'à 20 minutes à pieds du lac Louise et l'emplacement est donc idéal si l'objectif du séjour est de pouvoir aller randonner facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. (Superior fairview suite)"
