Always a great stay at this hotel. We’ve been going here for years and they consistently provide great service. The free breakfast never fails and, most importantly, they have very comfy beds and pillows.
Location was amazing close to Fenway and walking distance to train stations, room was super clean staff and as super helpful helped answered any questions I had, fun area would definitely recommend staying here when in Boston
I just did not like the bed it was too hard my back has been killing me for the past 2 days and the pillows suck they are so flat. Not comfortable at all.

Location was great, close to Fenway Park and easy access to trains and restaurants. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast and coffee was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping service was also unsatisfactory. While towels were replaced, the sink and bathtub were not cleaned, the dining table was not wiped, and the floor was not vacuumed. More concerning, I observed the housekeeper using the same gloves to clean the toilet and then handle kitchen towels, which raises serious hygiene concerns.

Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. When we got there our card to get in the room had been disabled. It was 12:03. I went to the front desk and was told there were no notes in the system. Check out is at noon. I explained the situation and she was very rude. We had 4 hours until our plane left and I asked if my son could have a short swim and she told me no, the amenities are for paying guests only in which we were. I have never stayed somewhere in all my travels that did not allow this. He had just spent over 2 hours at doctors appointments and needed some calm. Kindness does not exist at this hotel. I understand that there are policies but she could have relayed them in a polite manner. The front desk manager when we checked in was willing to let him swim when we were unable to get into our room. I was told by the rude staff member that he had only been there 2 weeks and didn’t know any better.
DO NOT STAY HERE - 'F' RATING ON BBB! This is the most dishonest hotel I have ever dealt with. We booked 12 nights but knew we might have to leave early. During check-in, I asked Mo there would be any issues with that and he assured me that if we told them as soon as we knew that there wouldn't be any issues.
I gave the manager on shift almost 2 days notice that we were going to be checking out early. The morning we checked out the front desk attendant told me we would be charged an early check-out fee because we didn't give them 24 hours notice. After I told her I spoke with the manager 2 days prior she told me she would have to "talk with the team" before doing anything and we would get our bill via email.
When I received our bill and they charged us for the night after we checked out. I called the hotel and left 4 messages with the accounting manager (I never received a call back) and tried for 9 days straight (to include filing multiple claims with Marriott Corporate) and they refused to refund me for the extra night and valet for the night. Their justification was that my car was parked in their garage that night (they must have a way to manipulate the valet time stamp) so they could not refund me for the night.
I emailed both the manager and Marriott corporate my EZPass receipts (to prove we had left Boston the day we checked out) and they have yet to resolve this case.
