« We’ve stayed in the central and southern parts of Carolina Beach before, always enjoy it. This was our first place a bit more north and it’s really nice! Reminded me of Wildwood, NJ. Loved the pier, beach was great, place had private access which was excellent. Very cozy, comfy place run lovingly by the host. »

« Nice home on quiet street,home is well maintained and friendly people around shops the home is decorated with the beach in mind.and the outdoor fenced in area is quiet and pet friendly with a nice fire pit and patios with chairs a gazebo and lights throughout back yard which is relaxing all on its own .the screened in porch is and exrra bonus for rain days and early morning coffee to watch squirrel and birds play.it just overall relaxing place »

« We had a great last minute weekend trip with my family and extended family. The house was a nice setup for us with plenty of space and lots of activities outside for all the kids. We had kids ranging from 3-16 and everyone had a blast. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights since we ran out of time to use the fire pit or volleyball area. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the road wasn’t crowded. Even the youngest kids didn’t have issues walking. We appreciated and utilized...

« Place was exactly as described, clean, and perfect for a large family. Even though it was in June, the pool tends to be in the shade so the water was a bit cold. Paid extra to heat it and the family was much happier. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The property site is accurate in photos. The distance to walk to beach was longer than I expected. However, we simply drove to the beach and easily found paid parking ($20/daily). Beds were comfy. Recommend a blender for the property (we did not bring). I like good water pressure and this property was 👍. Stayed three days. Beach is very nice for walking! Owner communicated very timely in booking and during stay. »

« The location was great and having a golf cart was fantastic for transporting a toddler and all the things he needs at the beach. There was ample parking and the pool was great for him as well. The property also had a great yard off the sound which was nice for the corn hole boards provided with the property. We didn’t even have to get ours out of the truck! The only small complaint I have is that the kitchen is not super well stock with pots so we had to get creative when cooking. »

« My family of 4 adults & 1 mini golden doodle pup stayed for 5 nights at this cute Oak Island home. Loved the neighborhood and little park area close by. We found everything to be clean, well-stocked & cozy. Having the beach & restaurants/shops close by was a plus. We also spent time sitting in the fenced-in backyard relaxing & playing ball with our pup. We would definitely stay here again and appreciated our host's responsiveness to any questions we had. »
